End of HHJ Obsession/ Devotion

I've considered so many other areas of my life that could use this devotion. This is my goal deadline. I will have to purge all of my unused products and devote my time an energy to the betterment of another area of my life. MBL is my ultimate goal, but I have no idea where my hair will be come December 31, 2013. That will be five years of being hair obsessed.

WIG: BNG Lace Front Wig 853

BlackNGold-BNG Hair Marquis Lace Front Wig #853 1B/$49.99

Let me start by saying, I have never worn a whole wig, let alone a lace front wig before. I always felt that a wig on me is so tell-tell, but this one was different. It had the look and feel of my real hair. It had movement and body. I was able to enjoy several layered styles and flips with this wig. I could literally shake and go and I looked stunning. This wig is very lightweight due to it being a synthetic wig. To some it may be a bit shiny with washes and wear it will look like more of a natural shine. Looks like a healthy sheen. The fact that it is synthetic doesn't bother me, all of my wigs are synthetic. This price is not unusual for synthetic lace fronts, in fact it is about $10 less than the lace fronts on one of my favorite hair sites.

This couldn't be an everyday wig for me b/c I work in the health care field and it had too much movement.Definitely a safety hazard when hair and needles are involved. Now this is not entirely a bad thing, I looked great for "after 5" events. I found that it was too difficult to wear a head band or I had the wrong headband.

I didn't deal with too much shedding, but I also didn't wear this with daily. I have worn about 20+ times since I've received it, which would equate to 3-4 business weeks.

The construction of the cap is decent. I don't have other lace fronts to compare it to. It wasn't to tip, it fit pretty nicely. There are 2 combs in the fron and a comb in the back.

It seems to be very durable and it is very dependable as a go-to style for something classy.I like that the style can be played with and the layers are realistic and subtle. To get layers to pop just flip your head over and flip it back up and boom bam, instant feathering.

This product is very easy to store and care for. I put it into the hair net and place it in the plastic container it came in, which I love BTW. Unlike most containers this one is wide and shaped more like a case than a plastic tube which can smash the hair and create tangles and matting after a while. The packaging was really sophisticated. I should have taken a picture.

As far as longevity goes, I do plan to keep this wig awhile. This is not my everyday wig so I foresee many uses out of this wig.

***If you have any other questions just ask and I will add them on.
The first pic is actually how I wore it most of the time. Sorry I couldn't rotate my pic. Anywho,I had the lace trimmed as well. I didn't want to risk losing my edges by wearing it with adhesives. I have more pics I just wanted to show the pics were I was playing with it in the mirror so that you can see the layers. I love how it just falls like a wrap.
