It is a gel like conditioner that has a brush attached to the cap that gently(or so I hope) exfoliates your scalp and then you follow it with a shampoo. I like the idea of this since I am back to dry dcing every other wash. So we'll see.

Lots of body sprays, hand soaps and massage oils

Now I must admit this was partially a pj move, but why should I pass on this opportunity. Where else could I have gotten deals like these. So I'll be removing my pj rehab ticker, but I walk away from pj rehab with my head held high. I was able to refrain from purchases for a total of 7.5 months. I had just ran out of conditioner and oil to prepoo with so this was right on time. I am also alternating between a shampoo wash and a conditioner wash each week, so again, this is right on time.
