End of HHJ Obsession/ Devotion

I've considered so many other areas of my life that could use this devotion. This is my goal deadline. I will have to purge all of my unused products and devote my time an energy to the betterment of another area of my life. MBL is my ultimate goal, but I have no idea where my hair will be come December 31, 2013. That will be five years of being hair obsessed.

Product Review: Aussie Hair Insurance Leave In Spray

Aussie Hair Insurance Leave In Conditioner $3.99 /8 oz

Purchased: Walgreens

Dates of Usage: 1/1/2010- 3/3/2010

Description: Liquid leave-in/spray

Usage: Leave-in spray, to moisten hair before a wet set or other air dried texture style, prior to cornrowing hair

Product Claims:
A true work-a-holic, this leave-in conditioner, accented with Australian Silk Protein, puts it inovertime to keep hair strong.

Directions: Spray into clean, damp hair. Do that thing that you do to your 'do, but don't rinse!

My Experience:
When I first started my hhj I had a brief brush with this product and I liked it. I even recommended it to a few others, but now it seems to do nothing for my hair. I apologize, this is the reason I now use a product for several uses before giving a yes or no. When I say nothing I mean nothing. Sure it helps to moisten the hair but only temporarily. I have to spray so much just for my hair to even feel damp. I would spray this on my hair and it wouldn't help with detangling at all. It did nothing for my children's natural hair either. I couldn't wait to get rid of this spray. Glad I tried it, especially happy I used it up.

The only things I like about this product are the scent and the purple spray bottle. I love purple.

STAPLE STATUS: ABSOLUTELY NO!!!!

Ingredients:Water, Amodimethicone, Cetrimonium Chloride, Trieceth-12, Polyquaternium-11, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, PPG-2 Methyl Ether, DMDM Hydantoin, Fragrance, Disodiu EDTA, Polysorbate 80, Aminomethyl Propanol, Citric Acid, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, Silk Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice
DISCLAIMER- I am in no way affiliated with any of the aforementioned products. I am a consumer and I purchase all of the aforementioned products with my husband's hard-earned money. I am a self-made pj without any reimbursement or acknowledgement from any product companies.

Purple bottle? Girl bye! LOL You are too much.. Thanks for the review. I've been considering different items from Aussie but I think I want to pay closer attention to the reviews. I still love the Aussie Moist Shampoo & Conditioner, though.

I'm with you here. The Aussie Moist conditioner IS fabulous, but for me the shampoo and this leave-in did nothing for me. I'm sticking to the conditioner and nothing else. I may try the Aussie 3 minute miracle, who knows?

If this comment posts from my cell I think I will kiss my phone lol. thanks LadyQT I will have to keep a look out for this leave in.

Well, go ahead and kiss your phone, it showed up. Yeah, this leave in was nothing impressive. It has the signature Aussie moist scent, but that's it.

That 3 minute conditioner was not right for me. Honestly, the Moist conditioner did a MUCH better job. I plan on finishing it so I'll just use it as a pre poo until its done. won't repurchase.
