End of HHJ Obsession/ Devotion

I've considered so many other areas of my life that could use this devotion. This is my goal deadline. I will have to purge all of my unused products and devote my time an energy to the betterment of another area of my life. MBL is my ultimate goal, but I have no idea where my hair will be come December 31, 2013. That will be five years of being hair obsessed.

Product Review: CHI Infra Treatment

CHI Infra Treatment 12 oz $12.99
Thermal Protective Treatment
Dates of Usage: 2/17/10- 7/10/10

Description: CHI Infra Treatment is specifically developed to work in conjunction with the CHI line. CHI Infra Treatment with Cationic Hydration Interlink is a superior moisturizing and protecting treatment. Hair will be left with the proper balance of moisture for silky manageable hair with incredible shine every time.

Directions: After shampooing the hair, apply a generous amount of CHI Infra Treatment and work into the hair evenly. Leave on hair for 2 to 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

MY TAKE: I have been using this product for a while and I am very pleased. It does exactly what I expected it to do. It leaves my hair silky yet my hair feels strong, but not “proteiny” or stringy. I have absolutely no complaints or qualms about this treatment. I feel that this protein treatment did a great job. I've been using this product for awhile. This is a product that I would replace, however I've come across drug-store brands that are similar in nature to this product. I may or may not replace this product but only because I am using up quite a few. This will more than likely be revisited in the future. Towards the end of this products use, I would mix it together with NTM Daily DC to save time. I would apply both of them together and dc for about 20+ mins or so. I loved this combination, in my mind moisture and strength.

I would apply this product and get under my heating cap for about 15-30mins. I wouldn't ever follow it with a moisture product. This product really didn't leave my hair lacking moisture at all.

I love this product. I apply it over my leave in after every wash, whether I'm roller setting, air-drying or what have you. My hair feels so soft afterward. I will never be without a bottle.
