End of HHJ Obsession/ Devotion
I've considered so many other areas of my life that could use this devotion. This is my goal deadline. I will have to purge all of my unused products and devote my time an energy to the betterment of another area of my life. MBL is my ultimate goal, but I have no idea where my hair will be come December 31, 2013. That will be five years of being hair obsessed.

Unofficial Weight Loss Update!!!
I have been trying to figure out when and how I will update my weight loss journey. I still haven't figured it out, maybe every two weeks I guess. I just couldn't contain my excitement......I have lost 5 lbs today. I track my weight loss goals with Noom App on my phone. It will normally tell me to weigh every couple of days, but I couldn't wait.
Here's what I have been doing:
Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (Level 1) Mon-Thursday
Zumba- Activate DVD Friday
I eat anywhere from 1200-1500 calories a day. I do not eat the low-carb, low-fat meals because they are processed. I eat mostly fruit and vegetables. Am I a vegetarian? Absolutely not. My goal is to decrease as much processed food as I can. I do not have a 'set in stone' meal plan. I learned that it's best to start with a few healthy favorites then gradually build up the meal plan so I will post what I eat, maybe this weekend since that will be my official weigh-in.
As you know I started at 177, 5/5-174.9 ( first day I saw actual change). I was curious so I stepped on my scale this morning and I was in shock 5/8-172.0. Um, can you hear my excitement?!?!! I am happy even though I know I may plateau sooner or later. I'm just happy knowing that the few changes that I've made are showing in my weight and physical endurance.

Well done!! That is fantastic progress.
I like your approach of a 'not set in stone meal plan'.
Keep up the good work (",)
Congratulations! That is some serious loss, girl!
Congratulations~keep up the great work!!! I love Zumba!!!
Thanks ladies. I'm really focused and motivated right now. I pray that I can stay that way.
Thanks. It's already hectic enough without overwhelming myself anymore. Trying to keep it simple. Plus it works better on my budget if I can eat what's on hand. Smaller portion sizes if necessary.
